Cool Currry Tofu Cubes

These are the famous cubes. They can go anywhere and make a tofu lover of anyone.

454 g tofu block
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup dijon mustard
1 tablespoon curry powder
1/4 cup tamari soy sauce

Cut tofu into 1/2 inch sized cubes. Place into a 9X9 baking casserole.


Measure your oil first to about the cup and then the honey and all other ingredients into a medium saucepan. Heat up and whisk until all of the various parts are amalgamated..

Pour the curry sauce over the tofu cubes.


Bake at 400 for 35-40 minutes or until bubbling.
