Forward folding into the vast emptiness of space within.

Forward fold (pachimotasana) is a beautiful place to let go.  Tune into your deep rythmic breath, close your eyes and allow yourself to move within.  As you move into the space you occupy ‘behind your eyes’ you will begin to explore the vastness of the world within.  Let go of ‘the doer’ and enjoy the ‘undoing’.
